We are seeking a **Quality Engineering (QE) Delivery Manager** with proven expertise in leading large-scale, multi-geo teams to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient, and business-aligned outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in building and scaling QE practices, driving automation, embedding quality into SDLC governance, and ensuring delivery excellence across critical enterprise programs. Experience in the U.S. healthcare domain is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage global QE delivery teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations, ensuring consistent quality and predictable outcomes
+ Own the quality strategy, delivery governance, and execution across multiple programs, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement
+ Establish, scale, and refine QE frameworks, embedding automation, performance engineering, and security validation into CI/CD pipelines
+ Partner with product, engineering, and operations leaders to align QE objectives with business goals, ensuring faster time-to-market with minimal defects
+ Manage delivery budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource allocations to maximize ROI and efficiency
+ Drive proactive monitoring, defect prevention, and quality metrics reporting to provide leadership with visibility and enable effective decision-making
+ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across globally distributed QE teams
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, with a strong emphasis on security, resilience, and performance
+ Apply domain knowledge of U.S. healthcare to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions for regulated environments
Requirements
+ 12+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in Quality Engineering (QE) leadership or delivery management roles
+ Strong background in quality engineering, test automation, CI/CD enablement, and DevOps practices
+ Extensive experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical domain, with an understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST) as well as experience working with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs)
+ Proven ability to manage global delivery teams and vendors in a cost-effective manner
+ Experience overseeing large-scale cloud migration, platform modernization, and Agile transformation initiatives
+ Strong understanding of metrics-driven quality governance and delivery risk management
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
