Wage Range: $16-$30/hr

Position Summary
We are recruiting for a Part Time Human Resources Specialist to join our administrative team and support all PMC locations. The HR Specialist plays a vital role in supporting PMC's mission by managing employee relations, compliance, and onboarding processes while fostering a positive and professional workplace culture. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a passion for people, growth, and teamwork.
Human Resources Specialist Responsibilities
+ Manage and support PMC's most valuable asset — its employees.
+ Ensure employee satisfaction, engagement, and access to needed resources.
+ Provide guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding).
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal and state labor laws.
+ Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records.
+ Moderate and help resolve employee conflicts and workplace concerns.
+ Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.
+ Support organizational consistency, structure, and productivity.
+ Contribute to PMC's overall success through effective HR management and collaboration with leadership.
Minimum Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
Minimum Experience:
Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative support: 1 year (Preferred)
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (Preferred)
