    Overview

    About this Position:

    As an Associate Media Manager, Paid Search, you’ll support day-to-day account management and optimization tasks for our client Lexus while building your skills in the search marketing field. This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who thrives on details and loves tackling challenges with a results-driven mindset. You’ll bring strong organizational skills and an analytical eye to help drive performance, all while learning and growing alongside a passionate team.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Assist with keyword research, search query analysis, and optimization opportunities

    + Monitor account performance, budgets, and pacing against goals

    + Support with the team with test implementation, reporting, and ad hoc analyses

    + Perform QA checks for accounts and Excel workbooks

    + Manage monthly activity actualization, insertion orders, and future flighting

    + Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and execution

    What You Bring:

    + 0-1+ years of work experience, including internships or part-time roles in relevant field

    + A Bachelor’s degree

    + Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills - you like to experiment, investigate, and contribute to a positive team dynamic

    + Adaptable to new technologies and software tools

    + Excellent communication and time management skills

    + Exceptional attention to detail

    + Bonus if you have:

    + Google Ads Search Certification and/or Microsoft Ads Certification

    + Strong experience with Excel (including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)

    + Basic understanding of SEM and SEO principles
