Overview
The Manager, Advanced Analytics will assist in developing and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance marketing performance and media insights. This role involves creating client-ready analytic strategies, frameworks, and methods, while playing a key role in advancing client-facing solutions. The Manager will work closely with partners across various teams, including Strategy, Activation, Operations, Audience and AdOps, to drive data-led integration and measurement strategies across multi-channel activations. They will bring a mix of big-data management and modeling expertise along with business insight and project management skills to tackle business issues through creativity, and human insights. They will also bring client and relationship management proficiency and will directly influence campaign optimizations, third-party vendors for marketing mix modeling, and audience activation, all while encouraging collaboration and a growth mindset.
The ideal candidate will have a background and understanding of the attribution landscape, including econometric modeling, customer propensity derivation, LTV prediction and CRM databases. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in writing scripts (SQL, Python and/or R).
This is a hybrid role in Chicago requiring 3 days a week in office
Responsibilities
+ Co-lead development and presentation of advanced analytics solutions and analytics project roadmap to address client’s business and marketing needs
+ Actively share knowledge with client and internal teams regularly regarding derived insights and results to impact business needs and further growth
+ Enhance and improve frameworks and methods to address client and industry strategies including the integration of digital media and customer analytics to increase performance
+ Demonstrate passion and readiness to tackle generative AI / LLM based projects across a variety of use cases
+ Actively participate in industry learning. Regularly meet with internal collaborators and vendors to build POVs, translating these materials to support learning, evangelism and advocacy for Infinite Roar
Qualifications
+ 2 to 4 years of experience in digital media, ad technology or business consulting using data and information to drive marketing recommendations
+ 2+ years managing relationships across complex hierarchies and demonstrated ability to directly influence both internal teams and clients.
+ Degree in marketing or quantitative subject areas such as statistics, mathematics, economics or data science.
+ Strong knowledge of one or more analytics subject areas including Predictive Modeling, Marketing Mix Modeling, Attribution sciences and/or the implementation of large language model based applications across the tech-stack
+ Experience with R, Python or other similar statistical and machine learning tools
+ Ability to evaluate complex client issues to solve business challenges with data-driven strategy and analytics solutions
+ Demonstrated nowledge of ad and marketing technology, including media buying, multi-channel measurement and media planning, creating cross-channel measurement frameworks and learning agendas, as well as breadth of knowledge on ad servers, dynamic creative optimization, OLV/CTV + Linear measurement, ad verification, customer data platforms, identity resolution solutions, DSPs, etc.
+ Excellent oral, written, and client presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to craft engaging data-driven narratives and a talent for storytelling.
+ Embody a can-do attitude, and a “figureoutability” approach
+ Understanding of BI/Data Analytics tool, Martech/Adtech landscape, CDP, CRM, etc. preferred.
+ Previous agency-side experience
+ Familiarity with the following is a plus:
+ Web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
+ Competitive monitoring tools (Nielsen, comScore, Kantar, Pathmatics, Competitrac, Numerator, etc.)

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $125,265 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
