Overview
About this Position:
We’re looking for a Freelance Account Supervisor to lead day-to-day Lexus Dealer Association (aka LDA) Experiential programs across key Southern region markets. In this role, you’ll develop smart, goal-driven plans that bring LDA objectives to life. You’ll also build trusted relationships with partners and Team One field teams, ensuring every program runs with integrity and impact.
What You’ll Do:
+ Assist in managing current Lexus experiential initiatives and partnerships in the Southern Area within categories such as: sports, culinary, music, performing arts, entertainment.
+ Develop experiential strategic presentations, recommendations, recaps, and metrics to provide to Lexus clients.
+ Maintain and build strong working relationships with current partners to ensure partnership objectives are being met, sponsorship benefits are fulfilled and facilitating the overall growth of the partnerships.
+ Manage partnership budgets and financial processes. (PO/invoicing, vendor setups, etc.).
+ Manage creative assets for experiential partnerships.
+ Manage sponsorship contracts with aid of legal team.
+ Collaborate with multiple internal teams (account management, media planning, creative, strategy, etc.).
+ Develop strategies to support Lexus sales plans, vehicle launches, and retail initiatives.

What You Bring:
+ A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Advertising, or Communications)
+ 6-7 years of event marketing, sponsorship/partnership marketing or sports marketing related experience
+ Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Experience with Photoshop is preferred but not required
+ Strong listening and communication skills - both written and verbal
+ Ability to build rapport and strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors and partners
+ Ability to work nights and weekends and travel as needed (potentially up to 25% travel)
+ Strong organization and time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects / partnerships / events at one time
+ Strong, concise, charismatic, and polished presentation skills and experience presenting to clients
+ Team-oriented and also self-motivated
+ Ability to be flexible / adaptable, problem solve, and function in a fast-paced environment
+ Solid project management capabilities and strong attention to details
+ Ability to operate with confidence, passion, humility, creativity, and professionalism

Compensation Range: $2,000 - $2,600 weekly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
