Overview
About this Position:
We’re looking for a Freelance Management Supervisor to help lead our Lexus Dealer Association (LDA) Experiential team. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple experiential programs—from strategy and planning to budgeting, execution, and analysis—while mentoring junior team members and supporting the Director in driving excellence across the department. You’ll collaborate closely with vendors and agency partners to deliver innovative, high-impact experiences that elevate the Lexus brand. Experience with automotive or luxury experiential marketing and a passion for leadership are key.
What You’ll Do:
+ Manage experiential initiatives and individual project teams
+ Research and develop new and relevant initiatives that meet clients' objectives
+ Build / maintain beneficial relationships with mid-level clients and partners
+ Manage program budgets
+ Guide and coach junior team members
+ Travel, when necessary, for site-checks/inspections, meetings, and experiential events around the country
+ Continue to grow and evolve the Experiential Marketing discipline, increasing the team’s profile within the agency and to clients
What You Bring:
+ A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Advertising, or Communications)
+ 8+ years of event marketing, sponsorship/partnership marketing or sports marketing related experience
+ Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Experience with Photoshop is preferred but not required
+ Strong presentation and communication skills - both written and verbal
+ Ability to build rapport and strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors and partners
+ Ability to work nights and weekends and travel as needed (potentially up to 25% travel)
+ Strong organization and time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects / partnerships / events at one time
+ Team-oriented and also self-motivated
+ Ability to be flexible / adaptable, problem solve, and function in a fast-paced environment
+ Solid project management capabilities and strong attention to details
+ Ability to operate with confidence, passion, humility, creativity, and professionalism
+ Ability to bring new ideas and solutions to programs
+ Good judgment in assessing when to notify the Director of an issue before it becomes a problem
+ Ability to review and write POVs for proposals

Compensation Range: $2,800 - $3,200 weekly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
