The Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Customer Programs will be the lead in providing financial support and analysis to the Strategic Sales teams (National Accounts & Strategic Initiatives) for the Residential HVAC business unit. This includes providing financial partnership and guidance through analytics, budget planning, and in-depth reporting support. The role will also assist the team in business case development and translating business strategies into programs that drive profitable growth through robust financial modeling and storytelling.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive business partnership, ability to provide in depth analysis and modeling, and initiative to drive continuous improvement. This role will report to the Strategic Programs & Marketing Finance Leader.

Where is the work:
Hybrid:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:** **
• Partner with Strategic Initiatives & National accounts to drive sales strategies through financial leadership and guidance
• Provide robust and interpretive financial insights to Strategic Sales & Residential Leadership
• Assists in the monthly close cycle, forecasting, and the development of annual operating plan, and provide variance analysis on cycles for customer incentives & functional budgets
• Track and analyze various sales and customer metrics and be able to interpret how that performance and corresponding program will impact the P&L
• Provide business case support and partnership regarding investments, growth rebates and customer incentives, dealer programs, and various other strategic opportunities
• Partner with finance analytics teams to enhance reporting and to develop automation and tools to drive ease of doing business
• Be able to clearly communicate and explain financials to non-financial personnel; assist in building financial acumen with stakeholders
What you will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required. MBA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, economics, or related field
• Percentage of Travel: 5%
Additional Requirements:
• Comfortable working in matrix environment – heavy partnership across teams required
• Must be detail-oriented and deadline sensitive
• Preferred accounting experience, month end close, and accrual management
• Able to manage complex projects and to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Must be energetic, forward thinking, and creative, with high ethical standards
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
• Have strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Proficiency in OneStream, Oracle, and Tableau
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $97,550-128,950
