* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into AI solution designs and implementation plans.
* Work directly with clients to deliver consulting engagements, including assessments, solution design workshops, and proof-of-concept projects.
* Communicate complex technical concepts and project results in clear, actionable ways to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Stay current with industry developments in AI, agentic systems, and search technologies, and help clients understand how to apply these trends.
* Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, and technical demonstrations for prospective clients.

* Experience implementing AI search technologies, including vector databases, semantic search, and RAG pipelines.
* Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and deployment best practices.
* Strong understanding of AI solution design and implementation, including data engineering, model orchestration, and performance optimization.
* Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and complex client environments.
* Experience with modern software development practices and agile methodologies.
