Role Definition
Manages designated support activities and initiatives for internal and/or external customers.
Responsibilities
• Assisting in evaluating current standard operating procedures and developing strategic customer and technical support initiatives.
• Partnering with other internal and external teams to ensure proper utilization of resources and achievement of service levels and financial objectives.
• Performing real-time management of operations metrics. Coaching customer support team to achieve performance goals and objectives.
• Coordinates team resource allocation for workload balancing.

Summary Pay Range:
$92,880.00 - $160,788.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
