Job description
Directs activities of production associates in order to deliver quality products to the customer as scheduled.
Responsible for company metrics;
Administers programs to ensure employee safety and compliance with all OSHA requirements;
Reports on operating results;
Conducts team meetings;
Develops and implements LEAN and Six Sigma initiatives;
Defines and implements change to improve processes and financial results;
Coordinates process improvement activities with the Safran+ Manager;
Maintains and improves 5s initiatives;
Develops team members;
Ensures on time delivery
Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental
program and culture;
Regular, predictable attendance is required;
Other duties may be assigned.
