We’re looking for a Service Owner, Network Engineer to join our expanding technology team in our Brentwood office. As the Service Owner, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing our LAN, WAN, and remote networks. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage vendor SLAs, lead and communicate outages, and drive proactive enhancements. Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, network monitoring and network access controls is a must.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
+ Meet with the businesses to design and implement new networks nationwide.
+ Diagnosing and resolving network issues at our branch offices and remote workers.
+ Own and escalate complex issues to vendors as needed.
+ Work with Internet providers to expand and deliver new services.
+ Create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.
+ Train new hire associates.
+ Assist in configuring and deploying conference room equipment.
+ Manage Network Access Control systems.
+ Execute tasks to ensure new sites and existing sites maintain a service within levels. Work within the Azure, Meraki, SolarWinds, Portnox, and other network tools
+ Operational Expertise – Anticipate and prioritize customer needs, with a desire to fix the “why” behind the issues, not just closing a ticket. Supports the operations of the company using the OSI model to make meaningful changes
+ Process-Driven Mindset – Analyze business needs, deconstruct network workflows, and look for long-term process improvements
+ Communication – Deliver clear, concise, and inspiring messages that inform, align, and instill confidence when issues arise
+ Influence – Build trust and strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to deliver the best support to our customers.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
+ 5-7 years supporting Cisco Meraki networks and VPN technologies
+ 2-4 years of supporting wireless and wired networking exceeding 200 associates
+ Experience deploying networking from the conception through utilization
+ 2-4 years with experience monitoring and configuring networks in Azure
+ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Configuring and Managing NAC (Network Access Controls) solution. Portnox experience is a plus
+ Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries with complex network compliance needs.
+ Experience working with conference room solutions and other AV related device.
