    AMS Support & Maintenance

+ Provide advanced L2/L3-level application support for multiple clients’ Epic PB/HB environments.

+ Troubleshoot issues related to charge capture, claims edits, remittance, payment posting, and collections workflows.

+ Execute configuration updates, regression testing, and performance tuning in alignment with AMS SLAs.

+ Identify revenue leakage or bottlenecks within workflows and recommend sustainable optimizations.

+ Collaborate with client business offices, HIM, and Patient Financial Services teams to ensure billing compliance and accuracy.

+ Support periodic audits and reconciliation processes, including coordination with finance and compliance departments.

+ Offer Epic product insight regarding PB/HB functionality, roadmap developments, and module limitations.

+ Contribute SME input to RFP responses, solution design sessions, and new business pursuits within the AMS and consulting portfolio.

+ Guide clients in implementing process improvements that enhance cash flow, reduce denials, and improve operational KPIs.

    Collaboration & Delivery Excellence

+ Collaborate across AMS workstreams (Access, Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Ancillary, MyChart) to deliver integrated Epic support and ensure smooth financial workflows.

+ Participate in governance and performance meetings, presenting analysis on trends, incidents, and optimization initiatives.

+ Mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal AMS knowledge management and best-practice repositories.

+ Partner with other application leads to ensure enterprise consistency and cross-functional alignment across Epic modules.

    Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

+ Experience supporting third-party integrations such as clearinghouses, payers, or external billing tools.

+ Demonstrated success in application configuration, workflow optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration.

+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple client priorities within a consulting or AMS delivery model.
