Responsibilities
Responsible for executing complex in-depth WMD threat analysis to produce products (papers, presentations and reports) to inform senior DHS leadership, DHS Components and other federal, state and local homeland security customers for the purposes of: Identifying and understanding WMD Homeland threats and providing recommendations to respond to, mitigate and disrupt such threats. Serve as production or overall author for individual reports and projects. Additionally, is responsible for supporting customer efforts developing and fostering relationships to facilitate coordination and collaboration with DHS and other USG/Intelligence Community partners at the analyst level.
You are responsible for managing multiple projects and directing the work of others while applying your expertise and experience. You serve as the primary contact for clients on assigned projects, leveraging knowledge of clients’ operations and business. You regularly interact with mid-level client representatives and build/use strong collegial networks to improve quality, grow new business and shape new corporate objectives. You are able to manage uncertainty and risks in difficult situations, relationships and problems.
You communicate, diagnose and facilitate consensus in a variety of situations setting clear expectations for execution. Leads a team of employees guiding their work and professional development to enable employees to reach their potential and to create high performing teams. Fosters an environment of trust, growth, and innovation. Partners with employees to create and execute performance and development plans providing career progression and learning/development opportunities. Provides ongoing, timely and candid performance feedback. Identifies, attracts and develops qualified staff, while proactively managing performance.
Required Qualifications
+ MA or MS Degree with more than 10 years experience in intelligence analysis with national or law enforcement intelligence organizations.
+ Prior experience managing staff and/or leading teams
+ Possesses in-depth analytical skills and experience with intelligence community systems, tools, and directives such as ICD 203 and 206.
+ Capable of producing sophisticated and highly informative individual intelligence reports and projects.
+ Capable of supporting customer efforts developing and fostering relationships to facilitate coordination and collaboration with DHS and other USG/Intelligence Community partners at the analyst level.
+ Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications
+ Substantial experience and capability to produce intelligence tradecraft training and provide instruction on such materials.
+ Intelligence production and distribution experience.
+ Advanced graphic design experience and proven capabilities.
+ Ability to identify and implement process metrics.
+ Extensive law enforcement experience

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position** **is provided within the posting and** **are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
