    The Opportunity:

    CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, software integration, software development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.

    Responsibilities:

    The Multi-Factor Authentication Management System (MFAMS) is seeking a System engineer to work with a team of developers to support enterprise web applications across multiple fabrics. MFAMS is a Cybersecurity Services web application designed to support Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) tools and services.

     

    The position involves documenting the full life cycle design, development and testing software across multiple fabrics. Looking for a candidate with a technical background with experience in troubleshooting and requirements gathering. Must have the ability to document the tool/s and inner workings to include creating standard system engineering and test documentation. Attention to detail is needed to generate and modify numerous internal and customer facing documents to include standard system engineering documents. The candidate should have the ability to work directly with customers to identify and resolve user reported issues either by establishing alternative solutions or generating bug reports.

     

    **Qualifications** :

    **_Required_** :

    • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

    •7 years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required if COR determines that the position's activities include CWIP activities. 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

    Must Have:

    • Triage user issues

    • Ability to track and respond to user issues/questions

    • Familiarity with tools and ticketing systems such as Jira, Confluence, O365, Microsoft Office

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    _Desired:_

    • Able to analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications

    • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting customer requirements

    • Proficient in communication to stakeholders through both technical and non-technical documentation (e.g. user guides, FAQs, user notifications, support communication)

    • Capable of taking high level tasking and determining applicable process to define/update internal SOPs

    • Familiarity with agile projects and processes

    • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner

    • Provide meeting minutes

    • Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios

    • Ability to track and report testing results

    • Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $79,400 - $162,700
