Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Digital Media leads the development and execution of Walmart’s digital media strategy across multiple channels. This role leverages advanced data analysis and digital platform expertise to optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budget management. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technology teams, the manager drives continuous improvement in digital campaigns, SEO, paid search, and social media efforts. Additionally, this position mentors team members, fosters process adherence, and supports innovative approaches to enhance Walmart’s market differentiation and customer engagement through effective digital media initiatives.
About the team:
Our team supports multiple business units by delivering design solutions across video editing, digital advertising, packaging, email, and social campaigns. We develop and execute digital media strategies that enhance Walmart’s market presence through data-driven insights and campaign management. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, we ensure alignment with brand objectives while managing budgets and optimizing performance. The team fosters continuous improvement by leveraging advanced tools and techniques in search engine optimization and data analysis. Together, we drive impactful marketing initiatives that meet countless business needs and contribute to Walmart’s ongoing success.
What you'll do:
+ Develop and support Walmart’s digital media strategy using data-driven insights to enhance channel performance and differentiation.
+ Manage small to medium digital campaigns, overseeing planning, execution, and performance evaluation aligned with objectives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaign delivery aligns with brand strategy.
+ Analyze campaign metrics including awareness, conversion, and ROI to optimize digital media efforts.
+ Assist in creative brief development and ensure messaging integration within campaigns.
+ Monitor budget status, provide updates, and recommend adjustments for efficient spend.
+ Coach and mentor team members to enhance skills and maintain engagement.
What you'll bring:
+ Proven experience managing digital media strategies and executing small to medium-sized campaigns with measurable results.
+ Strong proficiency in campaign management, including budget oversight and performance analysis to optimize ROI.
+ Expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
+ Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve channel strategies.
+ Demonstrated collaboration skills working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technology teams.
+ Experience coaching and mentoring team members to develop skills and drive performance.
