Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced **Operations Supervisor, MRO Fabrication** to lead day-to-day machining, welding, and fabrication operations within our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business supporting global aviation customers. This role oversees all aspects of production flow, including management of the **wash rack and seal station areas** , to ensure operational efficiency, quality performance, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, foster team development, and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

+ Work Onsite at our Foley, AL Location

+ Work a Flexible schedule that will be managed as needed. (Mon-Thu) 5:15am – 2:15pm (Fri) 5:15am – 11:15am

+ Coordinate with EH&S, CAM, materials, engineering and quality support to achieve targets, improve flow and reduce waste.

+ Assist in cost reduction and process improvement to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.

+ Ensure scheduled ship date accuracy.

+ Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance on development opportunities

+ Responsible for team compliance, including attendance, training records, safety, etc.

+ Manage area overtime and direct v.s indirect time.

+ Manage team vacation schedule while supporting customer needs.

+ Ensure compliance with all site and job specific training requirements and performance review process.

+ Maintain an area skills matrix to ensure adequate resources and back up is available.

+ Understand customer needs and issues to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications you must have:

+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience

+ Some experience with metal forming, cutting and treatment processes

+ Some experience Operating CNCs, mills, lathes, ovens and other metal forming equipment

Qualifications we prefer:

+ Experience overseeing production, operations such as shop floor, workforce, and flow distribution management functions.

+ Ability to supervise work across multiple manufacturing functions.

+ Some Experience with welding techniques and quality standards for structural and precision components.

+ Experience setting daily operational objectives for a team

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
