    The EOIR-ATEP team is seeking an experienced Program Controls Earned Value Management (EVM) Financial analyst to join our growing Niagara Falls team based out of McKinney, TX. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive finance and Earned Value Management Support (EVM) to various external programs by effectively partnering with other analysts, program managers and their teams to realize successful implementation. The position requires the use of EVM the primary program management resource to our SBU's and interfaces with Program Managers, Business Managers, and Control Account Managers, as well as RTX EVMS communities and outside customers.

     

    This role will offer a onsite work arrangement of both remote and onsite (50/50) in our McKinney, TX office.

    What You Will Do

    + Work closely with various functional organizations during the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and LRE process as well as monitoring these organizations performance.

    + Drive the financial planning activities for their specific contract including RPLAN updates and analyze and communicate how program performance impacts BSPC (Bookings, Sales, Profit, & Cash). Facilitating monthly data reconciliation.

    + Extensive knowledge in IPMR/IPMDAR.

    + Providing project management guidance to program teams to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines.

    + Compiling compliant monthly EV reports for Program Management.

    + Develop and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).

    + Financial point of contact for Program Management and be able to provide financial guidance to IPT leads and non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.

    + Highlighting pertinent information derived from analysis of program data, including trend analysis – high proficiency of MS Excel is expected.

    + Supporting any compliance reviews or periodic process audits that may arise.

    + Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

    + Attending program meetings and evaluating EVM data to drive program performance.

    + Driving standard processes and tools across programs.

    + Leading efforts for successful completion of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs).

    + Participating and helping to drive solutions for EOIR initiatives.

    Qualifications You Must Have

    + Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

    + Knowledge of Government EVM reporting & compliance.

    + Experience with EVM tools (i.e. PMX, SAP, PRISM, Program Metrics).

    + Experience with Excel (Including AO).

    + Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

    + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.

    + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a Secret security clearance.

    The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

     

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
