Responsibilities Home Health RN Opportunities – UnityPoint at Home

+ Positions Available:

+ RN Case Manager

+ RN Visit Nurse (Weekend Package)

+ Schedule: Full-time (1.0 FTE), Day and Weekend options available

+ Location: Quad Cities Region

Qualifications Minimum Requirements (All RN Roles)

+ Graduate of an accredited RN program but New Graduates welcome

+ Active RN license in applicable state(s)

+ Current BLS certification

+ Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (Home Health only)

+ Additional certifications may be required based on unit (e.g., NIHSS, Chemotherapy, Telemetry)
