Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $24 -_ _$24_ _/ hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Technician:

+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, conveyors, packaging lines, mixers, and other production equipment

+ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and make necessary repairs

+ Conduct equipment changeovers and adjustments to support production schedules

+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all repairs and parts used

+ Follow safety and food quality standards (GMP, HACCP, and plant sanitation requirements)

+ Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify process improvement opportunities

+ Support installation and commissioning of new equipment

+ Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools and spare parts are properly stored

Job requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred

+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (preferably in food or beverage manufacturing)

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and basic fabrication a plus

+ Understanding of safety practices and regulatory compliance (OSHA, GMP)

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment

+ Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed

+ Background check and drug screening required
