    **Location:** Redmond, WA

    **Schedule:** 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $24.00 per hour

    Overview

    Join our team as an **Administrative Coordinator** , providing key operational and administrative support to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across multiple departments. This role plays a vital part in maintaining quality service standards, coordinating customer and internal inquiries, and supporting field-related activities through organized processes and accurate documentation.

    What You’ll Do

    + Serve as the **primary point of contact** for inquiries, feedback, and administrative support requests.

    + Provide **timely and accurate responses** to documentation and information requests.

    + **Coordinate with internal teams** to ensure smooth handling of administrative and customer-facing activities.

    + Maintain **clear and consistent communication** with team members and external contacts.

    + Track and **document all interactions** , maintaining accurate and accessible records.

    + Support the **resolution of issues** by facilitating returns, replacements, or follow-up actions as needed.

    + Develop and maintain **administrative tools** such as templates, checklists, and process documentation.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **streamline processes** and enhance efficiency.

    + Monitor timelines and ensure that **expectations and deadlines are met or exceeded** .

    + Participate in team meetings and contribute to **continuous improvement initiatives** within the department.

    Who You Are

    + A strong communicator with excellent **organizational and problem-solving skills** .

    + Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high attention to detail.

    + Skilled in **document processing, report preparation, and data management** .

    + Comfortable working within **defined procedures and guidelines** while supporting process improvements.

    Requirements

    + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + **Experience:** Minimum of **2+ years** in an administrative, clerical, or coordinator role.

    + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data entry, reporting, and record management.

    + **Knowledge:** Familiarity with office operations or quality support processes is a plus.
