Entry-Level Production Operator – Cotton Gin Worker (Seasonal)

**Location:** Statesboro, GA

**Schedule:** Start: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; will transition to 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 7 days/week

**Duration:** 8–12 weeks (Seasonal)

Kelly Services is hiring motivated Production Operators / Cotton Gin Workers for a hands-on, entry-level opportunity in Statesboro, GA. If you enjoy physical labor, working with machinery, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, this job is for you!

What You’ll Do:

+ Operate cotton gin machinery, module feeders, bale baggers, and forklifts

+ Feed raw cotton into the gin; process cotton bales and get them ready for shipment

+ Perform basic maintenance, clear blockages, and keep the facility clean and safe

+ Tie, tag, bag, and help load finished cotton bales for transport

+ Follow safety protocols and help ensure high-quality cotton output

+ Carry out general labor tasks: moving cotton, sweeping floors, raking loose cotton, assisting with facility operations

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (cotton bales up to 500 lbs)

+ Stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods

+ Work in hot, humid conditions

+ Must be physically fit, agile, and ready for repetitive tasks

+ Prior experience with farm equipment or forklifts a plus—but not required

+ Ability to meet physical demands and work independently

+ Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and teamwork

+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
