    DESCRIPTION

    Job Summary:

    Performs highly skilled non production activities independently supporting manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment. Acts as a formal resource leading and coordinating others. Quickly and effectively adapts to change in the manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    2. **Compliance and Reporting** : Adhering to HSE standards and promptly reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety.

    4. **Quality Improvement** : Actively searching for improvement opportunities and implementing workable solutions will enhance quality and reduce costs.

    6. **Team Leadership** : Leading and coordinating team members, especially those with less capability, will foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

    7. **Operational Excellence** : Facilitating and applying Cummins Operating System (COS) practices and Operations Excellence (OE) methodology will drive operational efficiency throughout the plant.

    **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    **Experience:** Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Core Responsibilities:

    + Breakdown Recovery - Assist in the recovery of production equipment to operable state

    + Documentation / Root Cause analysis - Collect and analyze data to describe corrective actions / improvements

    + Clear communication of corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.

    Required skills:

    + High Electrical aptitude with Allen Bradley experience (PLCs, HMIs)

    + Ability to work alone with little supervision

    + High understanding of electrical principles and troubleshooting methods. (Drawing, Schematics, PLC logic)

    + Understanding of Industrial networking fundamentals

    Preferred skills:

    + Siemens industrial hardware experience

    + Fanuc Robot Experience

    + Experience with MES integrations
