    **Wage:** $17.00-$18.50/HR

    _Need to be available for 2_** **_nd_** **_and/or 3_** **_rd_** **_shifts including weekends and holidays._

     

    Monday to Friday and/or day shift positions are not available.

    Security Officer Minimum Requirements:

    + Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for an Illinois PERC Security Officer License.

    + **_Must be able to walk on uneven terrain and walk up/down flights of stairs. Position is about_** **_75% to 80% standing/walking_** **_._**

    + Position can be up to **_75% to 80% of the time outside_** .

    + Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record **needed** . This is a driving position. **(All our positions include driver certification).**

    + Have reliable transportation(Public transportation not available at most work site locations).

    + Have reliable working communication device ( _cell phone_ ).

    + Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, **or** willing to complete a GED program.

    + Average computer skills needed, above average computer skills a plus.

    + Have legal right to work in the United States.

    + Ability to speak, read, and write English.

    + Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.

    + Able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

    + Maintain great diligence and remain vigilant throughout shift.

    + Respond to emergencies with rapid effective judgment and use proper de-escalation.

    + Customer service experience preferred.

    + Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a **_PLUS_** !!!
