As a Project Manager II - Real Estate, you will manage various phases of assigned projects, coordinate team activities and accomplish objectives by planning and evaluating strategies.
A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.
+ Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager III or IV.
+ Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
+ Prepare and complete action plans.
+ Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
+ Resolve problems.
+ Completes audits and identify trends.
+ Determine system improvements and implement change.
+ Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
+ Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
+ Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
+ Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
+ Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
+ Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Communication and Leadership
+ Support the Senior Director to communicate regularly with other departments involved in real estate transactions and planning to ensure project milestones are met, momentum is maintained, and issues are addressed proactively.
+ Attend selected internal and external client meetings.
Transactions and Project Management
+ Drive transactions as project manager for acquisitions, dispositions, and leases from project intake through deal execution and closure including coordination of internal and external resources, timeline management and project tracking, managing project budget, and making transaction recommendations.
+ Collaborate and partner with professionals from Construction, Facilities and Planning as well as other departments on real estate projects.
+ Oversee and coordinate due diligence initiatives with internal and external partners.
+ Prepare financial analysis, market research and analysis, presentations, and property valuations for real estate projects.
+ Negotiate leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and purchase agreements and ensure that business terms are aligned with project requirements and current market conditions.
Administrative
+ Maintain understanding of federal Stark Laws and state and local real estate laws and policies.
+ Develop and maintain real estate market research and real estate management information systems and manages upcoming expirations and options.
+ Prepare project close-out files for completed transactions including abstracts, executed documents, presentations, and key documents.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience OR Associate's Degree and five years of experience OR Master's Degree and two years of experience
+ Effective relationship building skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Project Management Certification (PMP)

Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
+ Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
+ Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $25.13
Maximum hourly: $38.33
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
