    **Title:** Team Resources Specialist - GME

    **Facility:** St. Joseph's Hospital (Hybrid)

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Works in partnership with the Team Member Relations (TMR) management and TMR Coordinator functions

    + Supporting the team resources processes, assuring compliance with regulatory standards

    + Providing Team Resources statistics and reporting

    Experience Requirements

    + Required - 1 Year Human Resources

    + Or - 2 Years Customer Service

    + Or - 2 Years Healthcare

    + **6 months of Human Resources experience is strongly preferred**

    Education Requirements

    + Required - High School or Equivalent

    + Preferred - Associates in Related Field

    + Preferred - Bachelor's in Related Field

    **Status:** Full Time; Non-Exempt

    **Shift Hours:** 8:00AM - 4:30PM

    **Weekend Work:** None
