Job Summary:
As a Principal Project Manager within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), you will serve as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting the Senior Director of Transformation, VP of Transformation, VP of Planning, and VP of Go-to-Market (GTM). You will lead the design, execution, and cross-functional implementation of high-impact transformation initiatives, including Integrated Business Planning, GTM redesign, and AI/GenAI acceleration, while driving tool development and regional program deployment (with emphasis on EMEA and other priority markets).
This role demands a seasoned leader capable of managing complex workstreams, influencing senior stakeholders, and guiding junior team members. You will also have the opportunity to operate as Chief of Staff to the VP of Transformation, shaping executive communications, steering committee materials, and strategic analyses that inform enterprise-wide decisions.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Transformation Program Leadership:
+ Lead end-to-end execution of transformation workstreams, including GTM optimization, IBP, marketing effectiveness, and AI/GenAI enablement.
+ Serve as program lead across regions, ensuring seamless operationalization and stakeholder alignment with minimal oversight.
+ Partner with data and technology teams to drive product management of new tools, troubleshoot issues, and enhance usability.
+ Facilitate onboarding and training for business teams to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
+ Collaborate with brand and functional teams to assess current capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend improvements in roles and workflows.
+ Develop and present executive-level updates and training materials to support change management and VF Academies.
+ Identify and mitigate risks across interdependent workstreams, ensuring timely handover to business-as-usual operations.
+ Partner with Finance and workstream leads to track value realization and escalate execution challenges as needed.

+ Conduct strategic analyses to identify capability gaps and support enterprise-wide recommendations.
+ Lead development of bespoke tools aligned with transformation priorities and leadership initiatives.
+ Coordinate cross-functional alignment across IT, Digital, Marketing, and Finance to ensure successful enablement of strategic programs.
+ Partner with Finance and workstream leads to track value realization and escalate execution challenges as needed.
+ Champion the stand-up and integration of the transformation team across global regions and brands.
+ Mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and collaborative mindset.
+ Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, helping prioritize initiatives and surface new transformation opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree related field: Master’s degree preferred
+ Minimum 7 years of related experience in consumer-centric, fast-moving companies.
+ Demonstrated success leading strategic and operational initiatives within a transformation office or PMO in a global setting
Preferred Experience:
+ Cost optimization or digital transformation, ideally within apparel, footwear, or fashion.
+ Background in planning, merchandising, or buying is a plus.
+ Interest or experience in data science, AI, and GenAI technologies is highly desirable
Hiring Range** **:
$132,192.00 USD - $165,240.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
