    GVI, Inc,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Management Analyst** for the **NAWCAD / NAVAIR Central Travel Agency Team** onsite at **Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Lexington Park, MD.

     

    This position provides leadership, management, reporting, and recruiting for the NAWCAD / NAVAIR Central Travel Agency (CTA) including oversite of the Authorization Review Team, Claims Review Team, and Help Desk.

    Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Provide daily direct supervision of support for the Defense Travel System and its user community.

    + Analyze and track requirements, program/project status, budget, and schedules.

    + Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

    + Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.

    + Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to CTA.

    + Research, analyze and report travel quality assurance metrics in daily, weekly and monthly CDRL Reports.

    + Apply Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

    Position Requirements:

    + US Citizen.

    + Ability to pass background check and Investigation for Public Trust.

    + Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + 8 years of Customer Service / Management Experience.

    + Demonstrated experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR).

    + Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

    + Service Now Assistance Portal (SNAP) and help desk experience is a plus.

    + Ability to work until 5:00 PM.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as a team.

    + Must possess strong time management skills.

    + Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

     

    Position located in Patuxent River, MD.

     

    **Rate:** $38.46 - $45.67/ hour
