    + Provide technical services to clients directly and/or through coordination with internal teams and ensures The Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) Program Technical Program/Project Requirements are clearly scoped, documented, communicated, and updated throughout the organization.

    + Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to support the technical needs of specific clients or product categories.

    + Prepare technical evaluations and SOPs and other program instructions related to regulatory and client-specific technical requirements.

    + Lead the development and continuous improvement of departmental processes, procedures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and coaches and/or trains others to improve general team performance

    + Manage PCR Program, including stakeholder engagement, collaboration with several trade associations and customers. Lead the technical writing for PCRs and manage the SPOT catalog

    + Work with business development and sales to ensure program is tracked by key performance indicators (KPI) and coordinate with operations and technical leads to ensure program efficiency and revenue targets are on track

    + Conduct LCA, EPD and/or PCF reviews and be willing to train further in LCA modeling, working closely with the technical LCA leads globally.

    + Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

    + Performs other duties as directed.

    + University Degree (equivalent to a Bachelors degree) from an accredited program in a scientific field,

    + 6+ years minimum related work experience.

    + Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) certified practitioner with solid background in LCA modeling and reporting

    + Excellent communication skills written and verbally. Technical writing will be a primary responsibility in this role

    + Solid technical LCA knowledge to ensure the program scales effectively

    + Ability to manage customer meetings to help them solve difficult LCA programs and able to simplify technical details into high level written and verbal communications.

    + Strong technical understanding of the applicable industry codes, regulations, standards, service/product lines and target markets; demonstrated history of strong technical judgment.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required, proficiency in a secondary/multiple language(s), especially Spanish, German or French a plus.

    + Demonstrated ability to facilitate customer meetings, negotiate and influence outcomes.

    + Ability to manage people and/or complex projects.

    + Ability to identify and manage priorities as demonstrated by the ability to establish, track and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.

    + Ability to work virtually, in a multicultural, global environment.

    What we offer:

    We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000. - $125,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.

     

    This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
