Summary:

The Sales Trainee represents CED to potential new and existing customers. The focus for this position is to develop relationships with those customers in order to maintain and increase sales.

Reports to: Location Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

+ Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Strong negotiation skills

+ Strong attention to detail and time management

+ Ability to solve complex problems

+ The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, the desire for a career that makes a difference in the world, and thrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted industry

Working Conditions:

Conditions vary based on the customer location and may include construction, warehouse, manufacturing, office, or external environments. Some activities may include walking, standing, climbing in various conditions including extreme heat or cold. Essential functions will require travel to customer locations.

+ Develop relationships with new and existing customers

+ Research and analyze the local market, analyze customer potential, and determine target accounts

+ Le arn customer needs and expectations by asking questions and understanding the applications in order to make product recommendations

+ Provide information to maximize sales
