    This position will report to Director, Business Line of Credit Line Increase and Pricing and will be responsible for managing and enhancing BLOC pricing process. The successful candidate will work with various business partners in Marketing, Product, Technology and Risk. To succeed in the role, the incumbent needs to have a very good blend of analytical skills, process expertise, project management and partner management skills.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in business credit risk management and financial underwriting

    + Proficiency in conducting analytical projects independently.

    + Prior experience in Commercial Risk preferred

    + Credit Risk Management experience with an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end credit lifecycle, as well as understanding of credit metrics and processes

    + A strong balance of strategic and analytic acumen, with a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original and innovative thoughts

    + Effective collaboration skills to bring others along, high energy, and a proven team-first mentality

    + Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, build strong relationships, manage, and influence multiple partners and other stakeholders (internal and external)

    + Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in risk management and fraud risk (Graduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or MBA) is strongly desired

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
