    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a **Materials Management Manager (** Level K) to join our Fulfillment team in **North Charleston, South Carolina** on **2nd shift.**

     

    This onsite position will provide oversight & leadership to individual contributors for Boeing South Carolina Operations within the 787 Program supporting Final Assembly. You will be located in building 88-45.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Manages and integrates employee’s activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation

    + Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

    + Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

    + Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

    + Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

    + Manages, develops and motivates employees

    + Possesses a mindset of safety and quality

    + Influences the team to exhibit Boeing Values and Behaviors

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 5+ years of experience in materials management and/or supply chain management

    + 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

    + Willingness to work any shift assigned based on business needs

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor's degree or higher

    + 3+ years of experience leading critical projects

    + 3+ years of experience with safety and quality processes

    + 3+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment

    + Aerospace or manufacturing experience

    + Self-motivated, works well independently

    Shift:

    This position is 2nd shift.

    Summary pay range: $107,100 - $130,900
