Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Experienced or Senior** **Supplier Program Management Specialist** to join our **Harpoon Coastal Defense Systems (HCDS)** team in **St. Charles, Missouri** .

Position Responsibilities –** **Experienced Level 3** **:

+ Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets

+ Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases

+ Conducts supplier assessments

+ Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance

+ Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans

+ Provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities

Position Responsibilities –** **Senior Level 4** **:

+ Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities

+ Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases.

+ Conducts and guides supplier assessments

+ Develops current and projected work statement

+ Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans

+ Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders

+ Develops and executes work movement plans

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)

+ More than 3 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements

+ More than 3 years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity

+ More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

+ More than 3 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ **Experienced Level 3:** More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ **Senior Level 4:** More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ More than 3 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

+ More than 3 years of experience working in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Program Management

+ More than 3 years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action

+ More than 3 years of experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for **Experienced Level 3** : $110,500 - $136,500

Summary pay range for **Senior Level 4** : $128,350 - $158,550
