Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Experienced, Senior or Lead Procurement Analyst** to join our **Phantom Works** team in **St. Charles, Missouri** .

Position Responsibilities –** **Experienced Level 3** **:

+ Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects

+ Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators

+ Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan

+ Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals

+ Supports the development and implementation of strategies

+ Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows

+ Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis

+ Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders

+ Develops risk mitigation plan

Position Responsibilities –** **Senior Level 4** **:

+ Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators

+ Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements

+ Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators

+ Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities

+ Leads cross-functional process management activities

+ Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action

+ Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs

Position Responsibilities** **– Lead Level 5** **:

+ Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities

+ Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs

+ Reviews contractual documents and consults with stakeholders

+ Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, programs, projects and procurement transactions

+ Provides guidance on export issues and material transfers

+ Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

**This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.** (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ More than 3 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

+ More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

+ More than 3 years of experience with Excel, Access, or other database management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher

+ **Experienced Level 3:** More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ **Senior Level 4:** More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ **Lead Level 5:** More than 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ More than 3 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes

Typical Education/Experience:

**Experienced Level 3:** Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

**Senior Level 4:** Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

**Lead Level 5:** Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for **Experienced Level 3:** $76,500 - $94,500

Summary pay range for **Senior Level 4:** $93,500 - $115,500

Summary pay range for **Lead Level 5:** $119,000 - $147,000
