    Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) is seeking a **Quality Product Acceptance Specialist (Associate, Mid-Level or Senior)** to join the Quality Team located in **Kennedy Space Center, FL.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Level B:

    + Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.

    + Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.

    + Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items.

    + Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.

    + Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.

    + Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action

    Level C:

    + Verifies product conformance to design requirements.

    + Provides objective evidence of results.

    + Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies and procedures.

    + Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items.

    + Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.

    + Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.

    + Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

    Level D:

    + Verifies complex product conformance to design requirements.

    + Develops inspection and surveillance plans.

    + Provides feedback and recommends solutions to ensure process compliance.

    + Performs preliminary review and disposition of complex non-conformities.

    + Coordinates and conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.

    + Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

    + Provides expertise and leadership to customers and team members in all areas of product verification and acceptance.

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at listed location.

     

    This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + High School / GED Diploma is required

    + Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications

    + Experience working or inspecting to non-conformance work orders

    + Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar (QMS) Quality Management System standard

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + **Level C** : 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Level D: 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Aerospace industry experience

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary pay range for associate level (Level B): USD 46,750– 63,250

     

    Summary pay range for mid-level (Level C): USD 53,550– 72,450

     

    Summary pay range for senior level (Level D): USD 61,200 - 82,800
