Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Program Manager** to support the Program Integration Office (PIO) in **El Segundo, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manages Integrated Product Team (IPT) members to deliver flight hardware

+ Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

+ Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor's degree or higher

+ Technical project/program management experience

+ Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing projects

+ Experience building stakeholder and customer relationships

+ Experience with financial reporting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 10+ years of experience working with government customers

+ Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance

+ Strong experience in managing relationships with business leaders, leading complex portfolio of engagements, enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions

+ Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly

+ Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees

Work Location:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: USD $168,300 – $227,700
