    The Boeing Global Service (BGS) Government Training Engineering (GTE) organization is seeking an **Engineering Technical Specialist** for the **F-15 US Air Force Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT)** team in **Berkeley, Missouri** .

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Creates, manages and validates team Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting across multiple contracts and deliverables

    + Manages and updates team staffing supply and demand

    + Tracks team financial performance to plan, manages variances and recovery plans

    + Coordinates labor and material inputs for proposals from a multi-disciplinary team utilizing probabilistic and historical modeling tools

    + Provides training and assistance in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering activities.

    + Collects, analyzes, validates engineering performance metrics, and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 6+ years experience with engineering processes and procedures

    + 6+ years experience with performing data analysis

    + 6+ years experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelors degree in a technical field

    + Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Manager (CAM) experience

    + Experience leading projects to successful completion

    + Experience working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment

    + Experience working successfully through complex and challenging situations

    + Have a high degree of attention to detail

    + Have excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate task progress and challenges within team and with technical leadership, both internal and external

    + Have excellent project management skills

    + Be highly accountable, responsible, reliable, flexible, and take extreme ownership

    + Active U.S. Security Clearance

    + Ability to be briefed to a Special Access Program (SAP)

    Summary pay range: $84,150 - $113,850

    Security Clearance

     

    This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

     

    This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
