CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking aSenior Recruiterto join ourHuman Resources Team, workingremotely,and help drive CHA’s continued growth and expansion. What You'll Do:

+ Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies for diverse, high-caliber candidates

+ Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to assess qualifications

+ Serve as a brand ambassador for CHA, making lasting connections and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience

+ Manage multiple priorities with an average requisition load of 25 positions, adapting to new systems and methods in a fast-paced team environment

+ Source talent for specialized and hard-to-fill technical engineering roles, leveraging social media platforms and recruitment tools

+ Track recruiting metrics and performance, manage data and reporting, and utilize systems to optimize results

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required

+ Minimum of 10 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment, with specific expertise in hiring engineers, designers, scientists, architects, and project managers required

+ At least 5 years’ experience in high-volume, targeted geographic areas and/or technical specialties required

+ Prior experience recruiting in the A/E/C industry highly desired

+ Proven success in sourcing, vetting, and presenting qualified candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing tools

+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCMS preferred)

+ Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, outreach, and reporting a plus

+ Experience managing recruiting teams

Salary Range:

$108,000 - $132,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
