Our client located in Cumberland, is seeking a 1st Shift Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Cumberland, WI

**Pay Range:** $16.50

**Shift:** 1st - 7a to 3p, Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

+ Operate production machines to perform operations or produce parts according to specifications

+ Set up machines, load raw materials, and unload finished products efficiently

+ Follow written or verbal instructions and general operating procedures with judgment and accuracy

+ Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure standards are met

+ Identify issues or problems during production and escalate when necessary to maintain workflow

What's Needed?

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and skills

+ Ability to operate production machinery manually and safely

+ Good data entry and computer proficiency preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and quality control

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
