Our client, a global leader in manufacturing and technology innovation, is seeking a Sr Buyer to join their team. As a Sr Buyer, you will be part of the Engineering Enterprise Department supporting procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong communication, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Sr Buyer

**Location:** 13350 US Highway 19 North, Clearwater, FL 33764

**Pay Range:** $35–$42/hour (DOE)

What’s the Job?

+ Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity.

+ Manage complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, maintaining delivery, scope, and budget goals.

+ Handle supplier communications, monitor market trends, and resolve invoice discrepancies.

+ Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to interpret technical drawings and requirements.

+ Ensure compliance with procurement policies and strategic sourcing initiatives.

What’s Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related technical field.

+ Minimum 3+ years of buyer or procurement experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

+ Proficiency in SAP and procurement tools (SAP experience strongly preferred).

+ Ability to read engineering drawings or technical data sheets.

+ Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card holder
