Our client, a manufacturer who specializes in high performance hydraulic and electro-mechanical components is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Design Team supporting Design Engineering Teams. The ideal candidate will have high-energy, a natural curiosity and are a go-getter which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Technician

Pay Range: $21/hr. - $28/hr.

What’s the Job?

+ Build and test design prototypes while working closely with design engineers.

+ Data collection, analysis of performance and presentation of data.

+ Perform testing with attention to detail

+ Prepare formal technical reports and basic data reduction and analysis.

+ Take a hands-on, problem solving approach for prototype assembly and test complications.

What’s Needed?

+ An associate's degree or equivalent military training in fluid power technology, hydraulics, electronics or equivalent.

+ 2 years of experience working in an engineering lab.

+ Experience working with oscilloscopes, function generators, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.

+ Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate.

+ Mechanical aptitude
