Our client, a leader in innovative solutions supporting global sales enablement initiatives, is seeking a Sr Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Sr Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Sales Enablement team, supporting training and program execution to empower sales professionals worldwide. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for enabling teams through effective content and program management, especially with a focus on AI-driven content generation and LMS tools.

**Location:** REMOTE, CA (Bay Area, Longmont, Minnesota and Texas)
**Pay Range: $** 37.39-$50.48
What's the Job?
+ Coordinate and execute sales enablement training initiatives across global teams
+ Maintain and update training content and materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
+ Partner with subject matter experts to develop engaging and impactful content
+ Host enablement sessions and facilitate learning experiences for diverse audiences
+ Work cross-functionally with global stakeholders and manage LMS and sales enablement platforms
What's Needed?
+ Strong organizational and project management skills
+ Experience with LMS tools and sales enablement platforms
+ Knowledge of AI applications for content generation
+ Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
