• Inventory Specialist- Part time

    Our client, is seeking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to provide part-time support (2 days per week) onsite. You'll collaborate with management and cross-functional team to manage inventory operations, ensure accurate stock handling, and support product distribution and services onsite.

     

    **Job Title:** Inventory Specialist

    **Location:** Santa Clara, CA

    **Pay Range:** $25/hr. to $30/hr.

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Receive incoming goods- verify, count, and store stock accurately

    + Fulfill client orders within specified timelines and service standards

    + Expertly operate WMS and related software tools

    + Assist with local deliveries and product movement across client site; safely operate company vehicle

    + Perform cycle counts and stock checks routinely; identify and resolve inventory issues

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate needs of client

    + Previous experience in warehouse operations and spare parts management preferred

    + Valid driver's license required

    + Forklift license and experience highly desirable

    + Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems; SAP experience is a plus
