    • **Pay Rate:** $20 - $22/hr.

    •** **What You’ll Do

    + Assemble and solder electronic components onto circuit boards using IPC A-610 standards.

    + Read schematics and technical manuals to guide your work.

    + Test and troubleshoot electronic devices to ensure optimal performance.

    + Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols.

    + Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients to ensure project success.

    + High visual acuity and manual dexterity for working with components of all sizes.

    + Ability to interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and processes.

    + Commitment to maintaining ESD integrity and high-quality standards.

    + Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

    •** **Preferred Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED (required).

    + Associate degree in electronics or related field (preferred).

    + 1–2 years of hands-on experience in soldering or electronics assembly.
