    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Associate

    **Location:** Minneapolis, MN

    **Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour

    **Shift:** 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate and monitor extruder machinery to ensure continuous production uptime.

    + Produce high-quality products efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards.

    + Set up and start extruder equipment, checking all controls for safety and operational compliance.

    + Assist with ingredient weighing, mixing, and packaging to meet customer specifications.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, ensuring safety and efficiency.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Valid Fork Lift Operator's License preferred.

    + Manual dexterity and strong quantitative skills.

    + Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety procedures.

    + Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
