Our client a leading organization in the technology and enterprise design sector, is seeking a UI Production Designer to join their team. As a UI Production Designer, you will be part of the UX department supporting cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, be detail-oriented and organized, and demonstrate adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to prepare high-quality design files for development
+ Stay hands-on through build and QA processes to ensure design fidelity and quality
+ Maintain organized, production-ready Figma files and uphold strong file hygiene practices
+ Serve as a design system expert, implementing and extending components, tokens, and visual patterns
+ Translate UX flows into refined, visually engaging UI designs and prototypes in Figma
What's Needed?
+ 3–5 years of professional experience in UI design or production design
+ Experience working with enterprise-level design systems and Figma
+ Strong understanding of responsive design across multiple platforms (web, mobile, app)
+ Experience collaborating with product managers and developers through delivery and QA
+ Background in visual communication, graphic design, or related field; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
