Stockroom Associate – Temp-to-Hire | 2nd Shift | Longmont, CO
**Manpower** , in partnership with a leading **Electronics Manufacturing company** in Longmont, CO, is hiring a **Stockroom Associate** with experience in **electronics kitting** and **ERP systems** . Schedule
+ **2nd Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 3:20 PM – 1:50 AM
Pay
+ **$20–$22/hour** , based on experience
Key Responsibilities
+ Follow ESD and board handling protocols
+ Handle Moisture Sensitive Devices (MSD) per MSL requirements
+ Verify part numbers and product builds using process sheets
+ Operate DVMs, SMT feeders, and reel counters
+ Create inventory labels and manage kit materials
+ Fill requisitions and address shortages
+ Accurately complete inventory documentation
+ Prepare components using hand tools and machines
+ Support ISO standards in quality, safety, and environmental systems
What We’re Looking For
+ **Experience:** Familiarity with ERP systems (OCuity) and IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification
+ **Certifications:** IPC-A-610 Modules 1 & 2
+ **Skills:** Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and kit sheets
+ **Detail-Oriented:** Strong inventory management and documentation skills
+ **Compliance:** Must pass a background check and drug screening
