    Our client, the Global Leader in Technology, is seeking a highly skilled and creative **Instructional Designer** to join our Learning & Development team supporting curriculum design for global support functions, including data center operations. This role plays a critical part in developing impactful, learner-centered training experiences to upskill technical teams and drive operational excellence.

     

    You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), Curriculum Managers, and cross-functional partners to create and maintain engaging e-learning content, microlearning assets, and training materials. You’ll help ensure that courses are high-quality, align with organizational objectives, and support the continuous development of our global workforce.

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and instructional materials aligned to business objectives.

    + Conduct needs assessments and task analyses to identify performance gaps and define learning outcomes.

    + Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex technical information into engaging, accessible learning content.

    + Create multimedia assets, including video, animations, graphics, and interactive elements.

    + Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to drive learner engagement and retention.

    + Ensure all content meets **accessibility standards (Section 508/WCAG)** and organizational quality guidelines.

    + Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

    + Support innovative initiatives such as **AI-enabled learning** and **3D modeling** for immersive experiences.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + **5+ years** of experience in **instructional design** , including needs assessment, learner analysis, and course development.

    + **3+ years** of experience developing e-learning with **Articulate Storyline and Rise** .

    + **3+ years** using **Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)** for multimedia creation.

    + Experience working with **cross-functional teams** and managing multiple priorities.

    + Proven ability to apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning theories.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.
