Our client, a leading organization in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Test Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the testing and validation processes for new silicon products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Test Technician

**Location:** Austin, TX

**Duration:** 12+ Months contract

What's the Job?

+ Set up and support test equipment in the System Level Test lab for new silicon validation projects.

+ Perform maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure optimal performance.

+ Conduct software and BIOS updates for testers as part of daily activities.

+ Debug and troubleshoot electronic circuit boards whenever test failures occur.

+ Prioritize tasks based on work order requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lab operations.

What's Needed?

+ Hands-on experience with tester installation and preventive maintenance.

+ Basic knowledge of Linux OS and command-line operations.

+ Understanding of test equipment maintenance and calibration procedures.

+ Experience with liquid cooling systems is preferred.

+ Background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics engineering is advantageous.
