We are seeking a **Sr. Business Systems Analyst (must have - Planview Portfolios experience)** for one of major Insurance clients. This is a **100% REMOTE opportunity** , an initial **12 month contract** to begin with good potential to extend.

Assignment Details: IT Systems Analyst Sr (2 openings)

~ 12 month assignment

Remote - Candidates must be willing to work ET hours. Expected to work within core business hours and must not exceed 40 hours/week.

For this contractor assignment, as an IT Systems Analyst senior, youll support the Planview Connected Solution program and translate business requests into IT functional/technical requirements and influence the delivery for the Planview Portfolios implementation. Youll also work with various groups to facilitate stand-ups, team problem-solving and requirement reviews. This is a leading-edge team delivering value added business functions and technical solutions to our internal customers.

Projects will most likely be using the Agile/SCRUM methodology, although they could use Waterfall. Most of these projects will be data related based on the platform they will be working within.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, create, and refine requirements using story cards and maintain team boards.

• Creates basic artifacts (e.g., documentation, data flow diagrams, context diagrams) used in the design, development, and implementation of new systems and system enhancements.

• Lead Agile ceremonies for the team using scrum and/or kanban methodologies including daily stand-up meetings.

• Lead and participate in monthly and quarterly planning sessions

• Participate in requirements reviews to ensure comprehensiveness and adherence to documentation standards and methodologies.

• Conducts detailed analysis and creates metrics by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, monitoring and auditing for Planview Portfolios.

Required skills:

• Experience with Planview Portfolios is a must. PV Data experience beneficial. Experience with data integrations and data integrity would be very helpful

• Prior experience with gathering requirements

• Familiarity with industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model and analyze technical requirements.

• Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences.

• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.

• Proven ability to facilitate, influence, and build consensus amongst individuals with various perspectives and business priorities.

• Organization skills with the ability to work on multiple small projects and/or assignments simultaneously.

• Technical aptitude and knowledge of IT technologies, software applications, programming languages, and adjacent systems and data exchanges.

• Analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions.

Preferred skills and experiences:

• Familiar with LEAN Methodologies

• Familiar with AI techniques and requirements for AI prompts/testing
