Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Pella, IA. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse management and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Supervisor

**Location:** Pella, IA

**Shift:** 6AM-4:30 PM, Mon- Fri

What's the Job?

+ Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, invoicing, and shipping activities.

+ Establish and enforce operational procedures to verify shipments, handle materials, and maintain accurate inventory records.

+ Build and foster positive relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

+ Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

+ Manage urgent orders, replenishment, export orders, and all material movements at the site, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent educational background.

+ Experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role with knowledge of picking and packing processes.

+ Able to meet background check and drug screen requirements

+ Forklift Operator Certification or willingness to obtain certification.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop team of four people.
